Services
Services are provided in the European Union. The provider operates under sole proprietor (individual activity) registration.
Invoice
An invoice can be issued on request. Registration details (including the sole-proprietor / IVS number) are available on request.
Price and VAT
VAT is included in the price.

Refunds
Refund requests: email info@promptanatomy.app from the address used at checkout and include your order details where possible. We aim to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days. Statutory consumer rights apply where required by law for your purchase. Where digital content has already been supplied with your prior consent and early performance rules apply, refunds may be limited—write to us and we will explain.
